The stuctures don’t meet codes,code enforcement
They pan handle, there is a law
Loitering there is a law,
Harassing residents,who pay property tax
Loud hollering, loud music, noise ordinance
Are the homeless above the law,
A news report said, 43%of business in gainesville is non profit
So why do we have this problem
